From School Grounds to School Spirit, from Cookbooks and Yearbooks, from Family Fall Festival to Winter Event, our PTA has something for everyone! Below is a highlight of some of the things our PTA does.

Events:

KY Kids Day: A whole day for the kids to feel special and to do special things for other kids.

School Spirit Day: Every first Friday of the month students have the opportunity to ear their school spirit shirt and are treated with popcorn.

Field Day: A field day for the students - fun for all!

Skating Parties: A party once a month at Champs Rollerdome.

Winter Event: A fun filled night for families in February. Come and celebrate by eating, playing games, and talking with others!

Services:

Newsletters: Watch for our monthly newsletter chock-full of information.

Directory: A published directory with students� name�s, addresses and phone numbers.

School Pictures: Each Fall and Spring every student has the opportunity to have their picture taken.

Vision & Hearing Screening: Children are screened for potential problems.

Tutoring: One on one instruction for students who are in need of extra instruction.

Uniforms: Available for purchase on Meet the Teacher Day and Open House.

Yearbooks: Available for purchase at the end of the year.

Fund-raises:

Catalogue & Cookie Dough: Our main fundraiser of the year. Students are asked to sell from these books t family and friends.

Box Tops Tyson labels & Soup Labels: Children are encouraged to bring in labels from selected food packages, which can be redeemed for money for the school.

The PTA sponsors programs throughout the year such as Be Your Best, Career Week, Cultural Arts, Patriotic Week, Red Ribbon Week, Reading Enhancement, Rock and Read, Reflections as well as many others. Join Us!
